Outgrowing ClickUp

Before Bonsai, Zabal Media tracked their tasks and time in ClickUp, and managed finances in QuickBooks. They used spreadsheets to stitch together data from tasks, tracked time, utilization and budgets.

ClickUp showed tasks and time tracked, but not budgets or project profitability. 

When the team grew to 30 people, Wilian started to feel the limits of their process.

I called project managers for budget status updates. We were manually calculating costs every month in a spreadsheet to track our business health.

It would take more than 8 hours each month to send out recurring client invoices. It now takes me 30 minutes each month.
