Everyone at Switchboard tracks their time in Bonsai. This means Taylor and the leadership team can closely monitor how many hours are spent on each client.
Internally, they also set billable hour goals for each employee and track those goals in Bonsai.
We use Bonsai's time tracking as a holistic tool: to track hours spent on retainer clients and internally to monitor our utilization rate.
Saving hours on proposals and invoices
Before Bonsai, the Switchboard team was creating their proposals in-house. Their designers would take hours putting together good-looking proposals.
They switched to Bonsai's proposals, created their templates, and it now takes them 15 minutes tops to send nicely designed proposals to their new leads.
We went from 4 hours to 15 minutes to send beautiful proposals. It takes us 0 minutes to send nicely designed invoices with auto-invoicing.
