We’re more efficient because everything is in one place. Everyone is aligned on the status of projects, instead of having conversations in different programs.
Now, the team uses Bonsai to send out quotes and proposals, leave each other notes about clients and manage projects.

The ability to schedule tasks, assign team members, and utilize Gantt charts has allowed the agency to better allocate resources and set clear expectations with clients.
With the Resourcing and Project Gantt view, we can easily see plan time for each task, balance workloads and set clear client expectations.
Tracking project progress
Features like activity reporting and time tracking offer quick insights into project status, enabling the team to monitor budgets and resource allocation effectively.
In the Activity report, I can see how many hours we worked per client. With the Project pipeline, I can monitor our budgets and progress.
