Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review meeting before the next begins.

What is included

• Kickoff workshop and stakeholder alignment

• Deliverables per the agreed scope
• Weekly status updates throughout the engagement
• Closing documentation and handoff session

Not included: work outside the agreed scope, third-party licenses or software fees, travel and expenses, and ongoing support after delivery. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed fee, split across the three phases in the scope of work. Line items below map to each phase.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, and the engagement runs for approximately 10 weeks from kickoff to handoff.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
